REHOBOTH BEACH — Louis Anderson has been active as a Knight of Columbus since joining in Panama in 1973, where he was stationed with the United States Army.
He continued when he lived in Arlington, Va., and worked at the Pentagon as a contractor for the Defense Department, and after his retirement to Rehoboth Beach in 2005. For his work this past Columbian year, Anderson was named the Delaware Knight of the Year at the state convention in May in his hometown. Anderson did not expect the honor.
