Soccer
Tuesday
Padua (2-0) at Friends (1-0), 4 p.m. The top team in Division I travels to the third-ranked Division II team in what should be a great matchup. The Pandas won two games in the Virginia Beach Tournament.
Friday
Padua at Cape Henlopen (1-1), 6 p.m.
Saturday
St. Elizabeth (1-0) at Tower Hill (1-0), 7 p.m. This is a key early season Division II showdown between teams looking to prove they belong in the hunt for the crown.
Softball
Wednesday
St. Mark’s (2-0) at Caesar Rodney (2-0), 1 p.m. The Spartans looked good in their two wins last week but it gets tougher on the road against a good Riders team.
St. Elizabeth (0-1) at Archmere (0-1), 3:45 p.m. Each team is in search of its first win.
Saturday
Padua (1-0) at Concord, 11 a.m. The Pandas beat the Raiders in the first round of the state softball tournament last year and looked pretty good in their opener last week. This will be the Raiders’ third game of the week.
Indian River (0-2) at St. Mark’s, 1 p.m.
Lacrosse
Archmere (1-0) at Friends (0-0), 4 p.m. The Auks have a second tough match to open the season after a nice win against St. Mark’s.
Saturday
Middletown (1-0) at St. Mark’s (0-1), 1 p.m. The Spartans lost a tough low-scoring game to Archmere in their opener.
