WILMINGTON – The First State Force Band visited St. Elizabeth School on Feb. 22 for a Friday morning of high-energy music with a positive message. The band, which includes members of various law-enforcement agencies from around the state, has performed in schools across Delaware the last Friday of every month for the past 31 years.

The seven-member band got the elementary school students and their teachers – along with principal Tina Wecht – up and dancing, and they also reminded the students to respect themselves and others; stand up against bullying and violence; make safe choices; say no to drugs; and stay in school.
