The little folks at St. Elizabeth elementary school arrived for the first day of school Aug. 27.
Pre-kindergarten and kindergarten kids started school a day later than the older kids at St. Elizabeth, a pre-K through high school facility in Wilmington.
Inspired by the teachings of St. Benedict and rooted in Catholic faith, St. Elizabeth School prides itself in fostering spiritual development, academic excellence, responsibility to self and service to others in a diverse community of co-educational learners.
St. Elizabeth proclaims its students as aiming to be lifelong learners by engaging in a challenging curriculum, embracing Catholic and Benedictine truths and values, and exploring individual passions and interests.
