Bishop Burke Knights of Columbus host annual diaper drive to benefit Catholic Charities

The Burke Council #11285 of the Knights of Columbus from St. Michael the Archangel in Georgetown and Mary Mother of Peace in Millsboro held their annual Diaper Drive weekend of June 21-22.

Thanks to overwhelming support from parishioners, the Knights collected 4,272 diapers and the other baby supplies.

The donations were delivered to Catholic Charities in Georgetown where they will be distributed to the needy.

  • Size 1            232 Diapers

  • Size 3            952 Diapers
  • Size 4            1586 Diapers
  • Size 5            508 Diapers
  • Size 6            283 Diapers

  • Size L/XL       60 Pull-Ups

Total:           4,272 diapers

  • 1 Large Box (216 wipes)
  • 2 Extra Large Boxes (1080 & 1152 wipes)
  • 4 Bottles of Baby Lotion
  • Miscellaneous Bed Mats; Wash Cloths; Diaper Rash Cream; Unknown Sized Diapers
