The 24th anniversary of the horrible events of Sept. 2001 was recognized this year with a Mass of thanksgiving for first responders at St. Hedwig Church in Wilmington.

The 9/11 remembrance and memorial for victims and their families is heals each year at St. Hedwig.

Father Andrew Molewski, pastor of St. Hedwig’s, and Father Janusz Brembor, associate pastor, concelebrated the Mass.

St. Hedwig parish offers the commemoration Mass each year.
