The Very Rev. Joseph W. McQuaide IV is appointed Judicial Vicar for the Diocese of Wilmington for a term of three years, effective Sept. 29. This is in addition to his appointments as diocesan chancellor, rector of the Cathedral of St. Peter and pastor of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception and St. Patrick, Wilmington.
