MILLTOWN — A capacity crowd was on hand to watch Saint Mark’s swim teams take on Salesianum and Ursuline on Jan. 25. The Sals and Raiders captured victories at the Western YMCA in a loud, energized atmosphere.
Salesianum took a 94-74 win. Saint Mark’s won six of the 11 events. The Sals’ Tim Hanway was the lone double winner, taking the 200-yard freestyle and the 500 free. In the girls’ meet, the Raiders prevailed, 114-56. Double winners for the girls included Ursuline’s Isabella Caraballo and the Spartans’ Rowan O’Donoghue. Caraballo won the 200 individual medley and the 100 breaststroke, and O’Donoghue the 200 free and 500 free.
