Live today, The Dialog will pick up the livestream coverage of the news conference during which Bishop Malooly will introduce Msgr. William E. Koenig, bishop-elect of the Diocese of Wilmington.

Both the bishop and bishop-elect will make statements and answer questions from an assembled group of media members.
At 12:10 p.m., viewers will be able to join the Holy Mass for the Election of a Bishop. The Mass from Cathedral of St. Peter will be concelebrated by Bishop Malooly and Bishop-elect Koenig.
