TheDialog.org is following the #CDOW150th as 135 pilgrims take off Monday, April 16 for a pilgrimage to France and Rome to commemorate the sesquicentennial of the Diocese of Wilmington.
TODAY’S DESTINATION (Day One): Church of the Holy Child, Naamans Road, Wlimington.
HIGHLIGHTS: The gathering met for Mass concelebrated by Bishop W. Francis Malooly and fellow priests joining the pilgrimage. The group then boarded buses and headed for the airport in Philadelphia.
TODAY’S QUOTE: Bishop Malooly, in his homily: “We will traipse back in time to see the witness of those who came before us, and be with the Lord through the Eucharist.”
