Padua Academy performs, Archmere Academy, Salesianum School next up in spring lineup of high school musicals — Photo gallery

The 2024 high school spring musicals has gotten under way in full stride this month as two schools have already had performances with many more to come.

Padua Academy was first with its presentation of “Mean Girls” Feb. 16-18, 2 p.m.

Archmere Academy presented its first slate of shows the last weekend and returns again with “Matilda,” March 1-2 at 7 p.m.

Other shows during the semester include:

Salesianum School: “Sweeney Todd, The Demon Barber of Fleet Street” by Steven Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler March 1-2 at 7:30 pm, March 3 at 2 p.m., March 8-9 at 7:30 p.m., and March 10 at 2 p.m.. Tickets are $10 for adults, and $5 for students/seniors. Tickets can be purchased online here. Salesianum will also perform “Clue,” April 25-28 at 7:30 pm, and ” The Importance of Being Vampyre” May 17-18 at 6 p.m. and May 19 at 2 p.m.

St. Mark’s High School: “Beauty and the Beast,” April 19-20 at 7 p.m., and April 21 at 2 p.m. General admission tickets are $10. Tickets for students and seniors are $8.

Saint Elizabeth High School: “The Addams Family,” April 26-27 at 7 p.m., and April 28 at 2 p.m. Ticket information to come.

Saints Peter and Paul High School: “The Outsiders,” a play by S.E. Hinton April 26-27 at 7 p.m., and April 28 at 3 p.m. Tickets for adults are $10, students are $5. Performances will take place in Wilson Auditorium at Saints Peter & Paul High school, 1212 S. Washington Street, Easton, Md. 21601. Tickets are available for purchase at the door.
