The girls’ schedule heats up this week with key top-10 battles if the weather cooperates.

Lacrosse

Tuesday

No. 2 St. Mark’s (5-0) at No. 5 Ursuline (2-1), 3:45 p.m. The Spartans cruise into a busy week clicking on all cylinders as they look to avenge a one-goal loss to the Raiders last year. The Raiders look for their third straight win after a opening loss to top ranked Cape Henlopen.

St. Andrew’s at Ss. Peter and Paul, 4 p.m.

Sussex Academy (3-2) at St. Thomas More (2-1), 4 p.m.

No. 9 Padua (3-3) at No. 8 Wilmington Charter (2-1), 5 p.m. The Pandas look to end a three-game losing streak against a tough Force team looking to bounce back after a loss to St. Mark’s.

Thursday

No. 2 St. Mark’s at No. 6 Tower Hill (4-1), 3:45 p.m. The Spartans travel to Tower Hill in their second top-10 match up of the week. The Hillers are a tough team to beat on the road,

Red Lion (3-4) at No. 5 Ursuline, 3:45 p.m.

Ss. Peter and Paul at Salisbury School, 4 p.m.

Delaware Military Academy (0-6) at St. Thomas More, 4 p.m.

No. 7 Newark Charter (4-0) at No. 4 Archmere (3-2), 4:45 p.m. The Auks look to rebound after a loss at top-ranked Cape Henlopen. The winner of this game will have a leg up in the Diamond State Athletic Conference,

Smyrna (1-4) vs No. 9 Padua at A.I. DuPont, 5 p.m.

Saturday

No. 4 Archmere at No. 10 Caesar Rodney, (2-2), noon

Middletown (2-2) at St. Mark’s, 1 p.m.

Softball

Monday

Padua (2-3) at Brandywine (1-3), 3:45 p.m. The Pandas’ offense has been good this year, and it looks to get back in the win column this week.

Arcadia at Ss. Peter and Paul, 4 p.m.

Tuesday

No. 4 Appoquinimink (5-0) at Archmere (2-5), 3:45 p.m. The Auks are coming in off a couple of tough losses, and now they face the fourth-ranked team that can pound the softball.

St. Mark’s (4-2) at Brandywine, 3:45 p.m. The Spartans got a nice comeback win against Archmere last week and start a busy week against a struggling Bulldogs team.

Hodgson (5-2) at Padua, 3:45 p.m.

Wednesday

St. Elizabeth (4-1) at Glasgow (3-2), 3:30 p.m. The Vikings start a busy week looking for their fourth straight win.

Thursday

St. Elizabeth at Archmere, 3:45 p.m.

Greenwood Mennonite at Ss. Peter and Paul, 4 p.m.

No. 5 (Division I) Appoquinimink (3-2) at No. 1 (Division I) Padua (5-1), 3:30 p.m. The Pandas lost to a tough out-of-state team last week. Appoquinimink lost to the Pandas, 1-0, last year in an evenly played match, and their speed makes it a test for the Pandas.

St. Elizabeth (1-2) at No. 4 (Division II) Archmere (3-1), 3:45 p.m. The fourth-ranked Auks start’s a seven-match homestand with a contest against the Vikings who are looking to end a two-match losing streak.

Mount Pleasant (1-2-1) at Ursuline (0-3-1), 3:45 p.m. The Raiders look for their first win of the season as they start a busy week.

Dickinson (0-3) at St. Mark’s (1-3), 3:45 p.m. The Spartans look to bounce back from a tough loss to Archmere.

No. 5 (Division II) Newark Charter (2-3) at No. 4 (Division II) Archmere, 3:45 p.m. A big Diamond State Athletic Conference match as both teams already lost to No. 3 Delaware Military Academy and could find themselves out of the conference title picture with a loss.
