No snow in forecast as Catholic high schools in Diocese of Wilmington keep up busy sports schedules

The snow lingers from last week, but it’s not going to cause any postponements to this week’s high school sports schedule. Athletic directors around the state are earning their pay trying to reschedule two straight Tuesdays of missed basketball, plus a few more over this past weekend.

But, turning our attention to this week, teams are deep into their seasons, and there is something going on every day for the high school sports diehard. In girls basketball, Padua continues to face some stiff competition, while the Archmere boys welcome a few good teams into Moglia Fieldhouse. In the pool, Saint Mark’s has a pair of much-anticipated meets.

Don’t forget to confirm dates and times before making the trip. Schedules are always subject to change.
